All payments for tuition and food/accommodation fees are payable to Lotus Padma Inc.

Food and Accommodations

Staying at the venue is required for this event, unless authorized by email by the organizer.

Rooms and beds are assigned first come first serve with full tuition and venue payments.

Non-refundable / Insurance

Payments are non-refundable. For this reason, we recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover all eventualities during this period.

You can transfer to another event within 1 year, or for 2 year trainings, the next cycle.  Venue fees may be non-transferable if cancelation occurs within 60 days of the event.

Payment Required

I understand that my spot in the event is not confirmed until all payments are received.

Attendance

I agree it is important to be present for the entire event, to arrive before the event start time and to leave after event end time, unless authorized by email by the organizer.
