I understand that the group, session, and training processes within Tantra-Essence focus on development of consciousness and individual responsibility. Therefore, I understand that I am responsible and I am invited not to do anything contrary to my values and in opposition to my consciousness. If I choose to participate, it is due to my own free will and consent.

I understand and recognise that what happens to me during the group, training or session processes stays under my control and the Tantra-Essence and teachers, session givers and organizers are not in any way responsible in the case of eventual physical problems or mental prejudice on my part.

I understand that I am participating in the processes with Tantra-Essence for my own personal evolution and I agree not to teach the methods developed by Ma Ananda Sarita and Tantra Essence facilitators.

I understand that none of the processes offered by Ma Ananda Sarita and Tantra Essence facilitators takes the place of qualified medical advice and I realise that I am advised to seek such advice if I feel the need for it.

Teachers and organisers reserve the right to ask me to leave the retreat should I be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, or disruptive. In such a case, my fees for the Training will not be reimbursed, nor will my accommodation fees from the venue.

Illegal Drugs, Alcohol, and any psychedelic plant medicines are not permitted during the retreat, and if I use them I will be dismissed from the retreat, and my fees for the retreat and accommodation will not be reimbursed.

I acknowledge that the intention of Tantra Essence School is to take a conscious, safe and loving approach to Tantra, but in case of any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual challenges, harm, or injury, I agree that I am taking sole responsibility and full responsibility for my own well-being. I hereby declare that I am fully aware and accept that my health and safety, with respect to this retreat, are my sole responsibility.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives, hereby waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Tantra Essence School and of any and all liability for any and all injuries, including death, illness, accidents, damages, or claims which may happen during or after my participation in Tantra Essence School for any of its training programs, now or in the future, foreseen or unforeseen.

My aim and intention of participation in this Tantra Essence Retreat is a sincere desire to experience evolution of consciousness through Tantra. In light of this, I am open and receptive to the structure of the teachings, the timings and general flow of the retreat schedule and content.

TANTRA ESSENCE MEDIA AND VIDEO/PHOTO POLICY

I am aware that I must not record anything that happens in a Tantra Essence retreat without the prior permission of the teachers (and possibly also the other group members.) This applies to both audio and video recordings.

I understand Tantra Essence groups and training are by their very nature intimate and sensitive spaces. Participants are often seen at their most vulnerable and may be sharing information which is very personal and confidential. Some people may not wish to be identified and may guard their privacy. Respect for privacy and confidentiality are paramount and a hallmark of all Tantra Essence groups and training.

I understand that recording devices such as cell phones, tablets, computers, and cameras are not allowed in the group room without prior knowledge and consent of the facilitators, and that by bringing such devices into the group room could result in expulsion from the retreat without refund.

In this age of smartphones and tablets individuals may not take their own photographs inside the group room, unknown to Tantra Essence staff. Permission should always be sought in these situations. Photographs inside the group room will not be allowed whether the room is occupied or not.

I understand that any official Tantra Essence Photographer / filmmaker will always endeavor to take highly aesthetic photos and that no nudity will be portrayed at any time.

Individuals may photograph or film other participants for our own personal purposes, outside of the group room, but only with permission from those they seek to photograph or record. Others who have not been asked, should never be included whether deliberately or accidentally and all such photographs/film footage should be deleted immediately.

In this day and age social media is an integral part of every business. Therefore, we are obliged to take some photos / videos for promotional purposes. We make every effort to do this with discretion and sensitivity. Please speak with us if this process feels uncomfortable or invasive. We do hope you will enjoy the social media filming / photo taking aspect of the retreat, knowing that we take great care to always show everyone looking their best. Each individual has the right to decline to be photographed/filmed for social media and promotional purposes for the duration of the retreat if you wish this.

I agree to let the filmmakers / photographer become aware if I do not wish to be photographed or filmed. By checking the box, I am agreeing to my photo or video being used for social media for the purposes of publicising the retreat for future students.

Before any photos are used in publicity materials, the Teacher(s) of that group or retreat and social media staff of Tantra Essence will go through the photos carefully and only choose the most beautiful, aesthetic photos that show participants looking vibrantly alive and in powerfully moving moments in the group / training.
